Division 3 flotillas are located throughout Northern Chicagoland.

Flotilla 3-5 meets in Waukegan, Flotilla 3-9 meets in Winthrop Hartbor, Flotilla 3-6 meets in Wilmette, Flotilla 3-8 meets in Northbrook, and Flotilla 3-2 meets in Des Plaines.
